These Terms of Service govern your use of the Supreme Maintenance Inc website and the HVAC services we provide. By contacting us, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these terms. Supreme Maintenance Inc is a licensed and insured HVAC contractor serving Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding metro communities.
1. Services Provided
Supreme Maintenance Inc provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency services. Our technicians are licensed by the State of Alabama and carry full liability insurance. Services are available to residential and light commercial customers in the Birmingham metro area, including Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Bessemer, Trussville, Irondale, and surrounding communities.
2. Service Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed service window. While we strive for punctuality, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior job complexity, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if we expect a significant delay. Emergency service calls are handled on a priority basis and may incur additional charges.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates before commencing any work. Our estimates are based on a visual assessment of your system and the information you provide. Final pricing may differ from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during service or if the scope of work changes. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated to you and must be approved before we proceed. We are committed to transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a prior financing or payment plan arrangement has been established. We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards. For large installations, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Flexible payment plans are available for qualifying customers — please ask about financing options when scheduling your service. Returned checks are subject to a processing fee.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Equipment and parts warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist you in initiating warranty claims for equipment we install or supply. Our workmanship guarantee means that if any issues arise directly from our installation or repair work within the warranty period, we will correct them at no additional charge.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. This allows us to serve other customers who need our help. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations of scheduled non-emergency service calls. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to provide reasonable access to your HVAC equipment, disclose any known hazards or special conditions in your home, ensure that a responsible adult is present during the service appointment, and provide accurate information about your system and the issues you are experiencing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Supreme Maintenance Inc liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper prior repairs performed by others, acts of nature, or equipment that has reached the end of its useful life. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
